  7.        This program DOES NOT replace the RBBS software normally used on
  8.        this system.  You may  try it out,  or call back  later when the
  9.        RBBS software is back up.  This program allows  a remote user to
  10.        change  directories, and download  any  program  not named  as a
  11.        protected  file  within  its  configuration file.  I wrote  this
  12.        program so one can call his home system from work,  and download
  13.        those programs left at home.  It can be configured as a ringback
  14.        system, thus allowing you to use it on your only phone.

  17.        twice.  You will be  given minimum  clearance.  If you wish full
  18.        clearance, leave  your full  name,  address, & phone number in a
  19.        message to the sysop.
